Admin
Manage companies, user access, and service entitlements.
Toggle each tool on or off per customer — a checked box means that customer sees and can open that tool in their portal. Columns are grouped by service. Only customer-facing tools appear here; consultant-only tools are managed on the Tools tab and are never shown to customers.
When a tool is switched off, the small tag under the box controls what that customer sees. Locked shows the tool greyed out with a “Request access” button, so they can ask for it. Hidden removes it from their portal completely — no card, no upsell, they never know it exists. Click the tag to switch. A dashed tag means it is inheriting the catalog default; a solid one was set for that customer. This never affects a tool the customer owns.
| Tool | Service | URL | SSO | Customer-visible | Consultant | Active |
|---|
Check Customer-visible to let this tool appear in customer portals (then grant it per company on the Access tab). Uncheck it to make the tool consultant-only — customers never see it. Check Consultant to include the tool in every consultant's workspace; uncheck it to hide the tool from consultants. Untick Active to retire a tool without deleting its history.
One line per customer site: Company, Tool, URL. Company matches by name or ID; Tool matches by name or key. Each line grants that tool to the company and points it at their own site. Paste a whole roster at once.
| Company | Tool | Site URL (blank = shared default) |
|---|
Every customer × tool that's switched on appears here. Set a Site URL to give that customer their own deployment; leave it blank to use the tool's shared default URL. Editing one and clicking Save updates just that customer's link.
Check a box to assign a consultant to a customer. Each assigned consultant sees that customer's own tool links (their per-customer deployments from the Per-customer sites tab) in their workspace under Your Customers. A customer can have more than one consultant. Only consultant/admin accounts appear as columns — set a user's role on the Users tab first.
Pick a customer to see every login at that company against the tools the company owns. Every box starts checked — that's "everyone here sees it." Uncheck a person and that tool disappears from their portal entirely (no locked card, no link) and the portal refuses to open it for them. Re-check everyone and the tool goes back to company-wide.
Only tools switched on for this company on the Companies & Access tab appear here. Consultants and portal admins are not listed — staff see every tool regardless. While a tool is restricted, a newly invited user at that company gets no access to it until you check them here (it fails closed on purpose).
Enter an email, pick their company and role. They get a one-time login link by email and are assigned right now — so their company's tools show up the moment they click through. Grant that company its tools on the Access tab first.
| Name | Company | Role |

Assign each customer login to a company so their entitlements resolve. Set role to admin to grant portal-admin access. Users also appear here on their own after a first login.
